*subject to credit approval. Must take the "Understanding Your Money" tutorial on our website or at one of our CUEST centers. We require a qualified adult joint signer or co-signer (must be a parent or legal guardian). Must be ages 16+ for the Student Checking Account. Requirements for loans depend on the type of the loan, age of applicant, as well as GPA, and/or driver's license.
Your non-IRA savings are federally insured to $250,000, IRAs to $250,000, by the NCUSIF, National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund, an arm of the NCUA, National Credit Union Administration, a U.S. government agency.
An additional $100,000 of coverage on share certificates and $250,000 IRA certificates is provided through American Share Insurance, a private Credit Union insurer, at no additional direct cost to our members.
