- Bring your application, $11 ($10 minimum deposit plus the $1 membership fee), and a clear copy of your photo ID to any Valley First Credit Union branch or mail to: Valley First Credit Union, P.O. Box 1411, Modesto, CA 95353-1411. Do not mail cash, instead send a check, money order or cashiers check for $11.
